Pair of James Loudspeaker- QX830, in-wall loudpeakers

I've just opened the boxes and played music on them for a few hours, before i planned to install them. I bought these for a renovation- project. One of the speaker were delivered in white finish, so i dismounted the drivers and spray- painted it in black to match the other speaker. During my project i found out that the wall I intended to install the speakers in were not 4" in the entire length, but only 3". So unfortunately I did not have enough depth to install them..
